Financial
Assistance Form
It is the policy of the LYSO to deny no child admission because of an
inability to pay. This assistance is available to all members regardless
of age, ability or length of time in the LYSO. For more information see
the Member Handbook below. All requests for financial assistance must be
received by September 12, 2009 (January 16, 2010 for new members 2nd
semester).

If you can't make a rehearsal or are going to be late
or have to leave early, please let us know with the above link at least
1 week prior.
Fundraisers
All Fundraisers will be voluntary - there
will be NO REQUIRED FUNDRAISERS this year! However, members can
do a fundraiser each semester to help offset the cost of their
Membership Fees.
