It is the policy of the LYSO to deny no child admission because of an inability to pay. This assistance is available to all members regardless of age, ability or length of time in the LYSO.
All requests for financial assistance must be received by the first rehearsal or earlier of each semester.
All members/families who receive financial aid will be required to participate in the fall wreath fundraiser and sell a minimum of 12 wreaths.
NOTE: IRS non-profit organization guidelines require the first two pages of the most recent tax return to verify financial need. These will be viewed by a Board of Directors committee and all information will be held confidential.
Financial assistance does not affect the standing or eligibility of a member in any way.
